Adjust Quantity: Ensure the total quantity corresponds to the amount you're claiming. For instance, to claim $100.00, enter 100 as the quantity. It is allowed to round it up to the next whole number. (Please note: All amounts are in USD).
Description of Usage: Briefly describe the purpose of the expense. For example: "Registration fee for Johndoe Supply open house event on 1/1/2024." This description will appear on your credit memo.
Reference Details: If you wish to include a specific reference on the credit memo, kindly provide it. Example: "Ref# Debit Memo 202301."
Attach Supporting Document: Attach a relevant proof of your marketing expense. Acceptable documents include event flyers, food receipts, invoices, and more. Please ensure the file doesn't exceed 25 MB and is in the format of *.jpg, *.jpeg, *.gif, *.pdf, *.doc, *.docx, *.tiff, *.ico, *.png, *.bmp
